GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKETS FOR THE 2025 CITTA’ DI TODI INTERNATIONAL TENNIS TOURNAMENT (AUGUST 10 – 16, 2025)
*MEF tennis events S.R.L. advises that the program for the Città di Todi International Tennis Tournament may be subject to changes. If applicable, these changes will be communicated on the website www.internazionalitodi.com as the tournament dates approach. Please read the following General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing your tickets, as the information provided below will be very useful. Please note that NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED once your purchase has been completed.
1. Information on stadiums, sessions, and ticket types.
1.1. The Todi Tennis Tournament consists of one main stadium: Center Court, with an approximate capacity of 400 spectators. Seats are unnumbered. In addition to the main stadium, there are two additional competition courts and two practice courts (access is limited to a limited number of spectators). The ticket allows you to watch all matches taking place on the selected day. The order of play for a given day can only be announced the evening before. Therefore, it is not possible to purchase a ticket in advance to watch a specific player’s match.
1.2. Sessions
Session distribution at the Città di Todi International Tennis Tournament: From Sunday, August 10th to Saturday, August 16th, 2025, the competition days will be held in a single session. The session begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM. On Saturday, August 16th, 2025, the doubles final is scheduled for 6:00 PM and the singles final at 8:30 PM. The organizers reserve the right to change the times based on the final match schedule. Spectators will be able to access the TC Todi 1971 at the start of the purchased session.
1.3. Ticket Types
There are two types of admission:
Tickets and Weekly Pass: Each ticket includes access to the Center Court and the secondary courts.
Tickets for Wheelchair Users: This type of ticket is reserved exclusively for wheelchair users (these users will not occupy a seat and therefore the tickets are free). Once they have left the venue, the ticket holder may re-enter with a day ticket.
2. Exchanges and Returns
The ticket purchase for the 2025 Città di Todi International Tennis Tournament is final and will be valid once payment has been made. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Once a season ticket has been purchased, the price will not be changed or refunded, except in the event of the 2025 Città di Todi International Tennis Tournament being cancelled. Once a ticket has been purchased, valid for the entire day selected, the price will not be changed or refunded, except in the event of the entire day being cancelled. A total cancellation means that no scheduled match has been played. In the event of a total cancellation or cancellation of an entire day of the 2025 Città di Todi International Tennis Tournament, MEF tennis events S.R.L. undertakes to refund the individual ticket price. It is expressly stated that the distribution fees applied by sales channels to the ticket price will not be refunded by MEF tennis events, as it is not the recipient of these amounts.
3. Program Changes
In the event that the program and schedule of the 2025 Città di Todi International Tennis Tournament are changed due to force majeure, security reasons, public order reasons, or decisions by any competent authority, MEF undertakes to communicate such changes as soon as possible and, in any case, as soon as the tournament venue makes the information public.
MEF warns that adverse weather conditions such as rain, extreme heat, or strong winds may cause delays in the scheduling of matches and, should this occur, undertakes to communicate such changes as soon as possible.
Weather conditions that could cause changes to the schedule and programming will be considered force majeure.
